Matcha (green tea) powder is a popular ingredient when making sweets, but with its subtle bitterness, it can also be a great accent to bring out the flavor in your everyday dishes. Ms. Yukiko Hayashi (who has recently published a matcha recipe book) will be teaching the class eye-opening ways in using matcha powder. Let’s learn new ways to enjoy matcha!
