We enjoyed a Matcha cooking class on January 31, 2016.
The leading the class was Ms. Yukiko Hayashi, who is a nice cooking teacher.
We cooked four dishes with Matcha in them.

Matcha is a great ingredient for Japanese food.
It is usually used for tea ceremonies but it is a versatile ingredient.
